Virtual Location

The workshop will take place in the virtual VRVS room "Cloud". The room will be available from 3.5 hours before the scheduled start of the meeting (specifically, GMT November 30th 08:30 to 16:58, with an expected start time of 12:00).

It is assumed that we will be using VRVS for this meeting.

It is strongly recommended that people arrive early (say, 30 minutes) in order to allow testing before the meeting is due to commence.
