Data use agreement

What undertakings do CHAH and CRC want from users. Is there a need to acknowledge the caveats in the data, to not seek redress if data proves erroneous or out of date? To be developed in consultation between Council of Heads of Australasian Herbaria (CHAH) for the CRC for Australian Weed Management.
