Bookings for SAPAC Visualisation, Meeting, Access Grid & Haptics Facilities Bookings for these facilities are to be made via the Booking Form as linked below. This is to ensure that we have sufficient information for preparing the facility and for book-keeping, and that a record of the booking is in place. There is now one single form to be used for all facilities (link is below); this replaces the previous several forms. Only one facilities booking may be made per form submission, however. Please note that Conditions for Use apply, that Charges may be applicable, and that submission of the Booking Form implies acceptance of these. Also, please be aware that submission of the Booking Form does not of itself guarantee that the booking will be made as requested; you will receive e-mail confirmation of the booking, from SAPAC staff, after the request has been processed. Checking availability of facilities: Users within the University of Adelaide can use the Calendar system to check in advance the availability of these facilities. Start Oracle Calendar as usual, then File>Agenda>Open, do a search for "SAPAC" or "SAVRC" within the "Resources" tab, and select the desired item. Please aim to book at least one day ahead so that we can ensure that the appropriate staff are available; more notice than this is desirable.
