Bioinformatics Software Overview

SAPAC provides the resources for researchers to effectively manage their compute and data intensive bioinformatics application needs. Users can run many of the popular bioinformatics packages at our facilities and we will install additional programs, provided they are either cost-free or the license is supplied by the user. SAPAC mirrors many of the popular bioinformatics databases to make them available to programs such as BLAST and we can mirror users' own custom databases as required.
